As a Call Centre Operator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects. You’ll represent client brands professionally over the phone, handling enquiries, gathering feedback, and helping to deliver the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services
- Log call outcomes and customer interactions in company systems
- Promote client campaigns where relevant and offer clear, persuasive messaging
- Follow scripts and procedures while adapting to each customer's needs
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
- Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent phone manner and clear communication skills
- Confidence, patience, and a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn call handling software
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and team-focused mindset
- No previous experience required - full training will be provided
