Entry-level Call Centre Coordinator

**The Role**:
As an Entry-Level Call Centre Coordinator, you will assist in the day-to-day organisation and administration of our call centre activities. Working closely with the team leads and customer service agents, you’ll ensure smooth communication, effective scheduling, and high service standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in marketing operations or team coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily schedules, call lists, and agent assignments
- Monitor call flow and support agents with basic troubleshooting or information
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Track performance metrics and compile daily/weekly reports
- Ensure customer interactions are professional, on-brand, and compliant
- Liaise with campaign managers to implement client feedback and updates
