Duties

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Support invoicing and financial record keeping through QuickBooks or similar programmes
  • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
  • Demonstrated experience in clerical work and general administration
  • Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Previous experience in using organisational tools such as calendars and scheduling software is desirable
