We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team to work on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta Ads. Working with the rest of the team, you'll plan, launch, optimise and manage high-impact campaigns that align with client goals and deliver strong ROI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategise, develop, manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, budgets and KPIs daily.
  • Test, analyse and scale campaign opportunities with creativity and precision.
  • Produce concise, data-driven reports and present insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with SEO, creative and account management teams to ensure cohesive strategy integration.
  • Liaise and meet with clients to keep them up-to-speed on their campaigns.

About You

  • You've spent 2/3+ years working in Paid Media, ideally within an agency environment.
  • You're confident managing campaigns across both Google and Meta with a focus on performance.
  • You understand tracking, attribution and conversions - experienced with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Ads Manager, etc.
  • You're data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively within a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
  • You have a creative streak to come up with engaging and results oriented ad copy
