**Key Responsibilities**:

- Devise and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Execute thorough keyword research and analysis to ensure optimal campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Regularly monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team to ensure paid search strategies are cohesive with the overall marketing objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A track record of successful management of paid search campaigns, with a deep understanding of keyword research, campaign management, and optimisation techniques.
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Proficiency in utilising Google Ads, social ads and other relevant paid search platforms to maximum effect.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, enabling the development of clear, impactful campaign messaging and effective internal collaboration.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as an integral member of our team.
- A keen eye for detail and superb organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: £49,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Dorset, BH15 1LY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
