Join our high-performing paid social team as a Senior Paid Social Specialist and play a pivotal role in developing winning strategies that drive performance across social advertising campaigns and unlock growth for our clients' businesses. What You'll OwnCampaign Excellence & Strategic Development
- Develop and execute high-impact paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Consistently achieve monthly ad spend and revenue KPIs while maximising efficiency and ROI
- Conduct data-oriented media buying with rigorous testing for new creatives, audiences, and strategies to scale campaigns
- Utilise advanced reporting tools including Shopify Reports, Motion, Agency Analytics, and Triple Whale to ensure all decisions are data-driven
- Champion Creative Strategy for your clients, developing core creative testing roadmaps and measuring performance
- Write direct-response copy that resonates with target audiences and creates thumb-stopping ads
- Collaborate closely with the design team to find new creative angles and breakthrough concepts
- Monitor and report on campaign success to internal teams and clients, ensuring targets are met and performance is rising
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their goals, setting clear expectations, and delivering exceptional service
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clientele to strengthen brand foundations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies
- Present clear, data-backed insights and growth recommendations to clients
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine advertising strategies
- Actively participate in team meetings, share expertise, and contribute to the overall success of the paid social team
- Work closely with our Head of Paid Social and the rest of the team to ensure alignment on all activity and progress
- Develop your skills through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
Essential Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, with proven success managing clients with ad spend of at least £30k - £100k per month
- Deep understanding of advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams in an advertising agency, startup, or service-based business environment
- Extensive experience working with D2C industry clients and understanding their unique challenges
- T-shaped marketing knowledge with understanding of different areas of the marketing funnel
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail - you love tracking and interpreting data
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, Agency Analytics)
- Proficiency in campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimisation
- Advanced understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance measurement
- Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response advertising
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive to consistently improve and stay current with industry trends
- Detail-oriented with a passion for analysing and tracking data
- Self-starter who can motivate themselves without constant guidance
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm for performance marketing challenges
3 Months In
- Full understanding of client objectives, campaign setups, and performance metrics
- Successfully launched and optimised multiple campaigns across Meta and TikTok, delivering early wins
- Identified scope for future client growth and integrated seamlessly with team workflows
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Fully integrated with the team and consistently exceeding performance benchmarks for your accounts
- Beginning to explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clientele
- Recognised for contributing valuable insights and strategic thinking to client success
- Developing stronger brand foundations with the agency through exceptional client service
- Driven substantial revenue growth through performance optimisation and successfully scaled multiple campaigns
- Seen as a key player in the agency's paid social success with wider team recognition

- Contributing to agency growth through client retention and strategic account development
