Overview

We're looking for a specialist to help us strategise, execute and analyse paid media campaigns for our clients. This role would suit someone with experience in paid advertising who's ready to take on more responsibility, develop their skills further, and grow as part of a small, ambitious digital agency with big plans for the future. We have been successfully running paid campaigns for the past 10 years but we need someone who can dedicate their time to paid performance. We're realistic in our expectations, and while you will be our in-house specialist, you will closely collaborate with the entire team on every campaign and will be supported at every step of the way.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
  • Write and test ad copy to optimise performance and click-through rates
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance, adjusting bids and targeting as needed
  • Analyse results and provide detailed performance reports and insights
  • Work closely with the wider team to align campaigns with client goals and marketing strategies
  • Keep up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices
  • Support in developing paid strategy recommendations and campaign proposals for clients
  • Willingness to adapt to the needs of the business and support with ad hoc requests as required

Who we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years' experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Confident in analysing data and making performance-driven decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative agency team
  • Open to exploring new platforms such as Reddit and TikTok
