We’re expanding rapidly, and we want a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help take our client campaigns to the next level. What You’ll Do Create, manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Plan and run PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Analyse campaign performance, making data‑driven recommendations to maximise ROI Work closely with our PPC and Social Media teams to deliver integrated strategies Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for internal teams and clients Conduct audience research, keyword analysis and competitor reviews Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, new features and best practices About You 2–3+ years’ experience managing paid performance campaigns, ideally in an agency setting Confident across Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads with a focus on results Strong understanding of tracking, attribution and conversions (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Ads Manager, etc.) Analytical and data‑driven, with strong reporting skills Collaborative, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive team environment Creative flair for ad copy and campaign ideas Why Join Us?
