Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office management systems such as Microsoft 365 is preferred, along with excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
  • Reception and general administrative support
  • Handling phone calls and customer service queries
  • Managing feedback and communication channels
  • Supporting onboarding for new starters
  • Monitoring shared email inboxes (info, sales, admin)
  • Processing consumable orders
  • Assisting with social media and marketing
  • Supporting SmartTask administration

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience using Clean Link and SmartTask (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
