Peacock Medicare Ltd is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant/Receptionist for one of its Nursing Homes based in Livingston. The company has provided over 30 years of quality care to residents in a friendly, cheerful environment.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct telephone enquiries and e mails
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Processing of accounts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Updating of staff and resident records
- Assist with calculation/collating of payroll
- Assist with recruitment processing as required
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Cash handling and reconciliation of residents' personal money accounts.
- Minute taking as required.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Sage 50 accounts and payroll
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work on own initiative but contribute as part of a team
**Job Types**: Part -time, permanent
**Pay**: £11.89 per hour
