**Job Title**: Temporary Admin/Receptionist (Maternity Cover)
**Location**: Livingston, West Lothian
**Salary Rate**:negotiable, depending on experience

Black and McCorry Limited is a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Temporary Admin/Receptionist to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a solicitors office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and accurately.
- Manage the opening and closing of client files, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
- Update and maintain online systems and databases with client information and interactions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Be open to receiving training on company-specific software and procedures.
- Keeping the diary and booking appointments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Highers/Nat5/C&G.
- Excellent administrative skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Availability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Contract length: 9 months
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
