The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic, driven, and people-focused Business Development Manager to lead our growing EMEA BDR team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven SaaS sales leader who knows what it takes to build pipeline, develop talent, and scale success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You'll coach, mentor, and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives focused on outbound prospecting, account strategy, and qualified pipeline creation in high-growth markets. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations, you'll turn data and insights into repeatable, scalable success.

The Skills you will bring
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, with at least 1 year in a people leadership role (SaaS or enterprise software preferred).
- Proven success leading high-performing BDR/SDR teams and achieving or exceeding pipeline creation goals.
- Expertise in outbound prospecting strategies, multi-channel outreach, and account-based development.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and modern sales technologies (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Nooks).
- Skilled in analyzing performance data to identify coaching opportunities, process improvements, and strategic adjustments.
- Natural motivator and communicator who can balance inspiration with accountability.
- Progressive approach to people leadership—developing teams through feedback, empowerment, and trust.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Based in the UK.
