Description Sales Support Officer UK FA&O As a Sales Support Officer you will play a key role in supporting the UK FA&O sales teams to achieve sales targets. Support the sales team by managing incoming contract documentation and telephone queries. Manage and monitor the sales pipeline ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues. Complete quoting activity for smaller dealerships ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales strategy. Validate contracts and perform system data entry with high attention to detail. Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless processing. Maintain CRM and other systems with up-to-date and accurate information. Identify and signal sales opportunities to the sales team.
