The Little Learners Montessori's sister company; Montessori Apprentice Academy is a new startup company delivering Montessori and Early Years training for the nursery sector. With unrivalled breadth and depth of training, the company delivers learning solutions for apprentices as a main provider for the ESFA.
Our newly refurbished Academy and Offices are located in Watford, Hertfordshire. We provide apprenticeships, CPD training nationwide and have a history of providing the EYE Level 3 course.
An exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Administrator has become available for someone looking for the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment, the opportunity to be valued within a friendly and supportive team and stability within a company that promotes staff well-being.
Our Sales Office Administrator will primarily undertake the following duties:
- answering telephone calls from our existing customer base
- handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- liaising with our assessors, lecturers, tutors
- contacting existing or potential customers to inform them about training courses and promotions
- student onboarding process
- booking student exams
- updating the excel trackers for students, jobs board, short courses, apparatus
- general office duties as required
Full training would be given on our bespoke CRM computer system but the ideal applicant should:
- have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
- enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone
- possess excellent communication skills
- work well in a fast-paced environment
- have the ability to work well independently
- be reliable and trustworthy
- be hardworking and dedicated
- have a high level of literacy and numeracy
- have experience of effectively utilising ICT
- be keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities
