**Client Details**

The client is a globally renowned leading Hospitality and Catering organisation who are looking for a motivated, organised and dynamic Temporary Sales Support Administrator to support the delivery of administrative efforts and processes on behalf of thesales teams.

**Description**
- Offer administrative support in various forms to enable valuable time back to focus on customer activity and engagement
- Supporting with and delivering high quality administrative tasks including but not limited to:

- The extraction and maintenance of data/ reporting
- Creation of customer and internal presentations
- Inbox management
- Travel and Expenses
- Maintenance of account information in Salesforce
- Ad hoc event support and other admin support
- Liaising with clients both internal and externally
- Creating Powerpoint presentations and preparation packs for Sales meetings

**Profile**
- Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages in particular Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent administrator with strong attention to detail
- Able to start a role immediately
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealings with customers and internal stakeholders whether face to face, on the phone or via other channels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under time and resource constrains.
