Job Title: Sales Administrator
**Salary**: £28,000 - £30,000
Location: Watford
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Our client is a well-established distribution company within the sports and leisure industry.
They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team, the successful individual will be highly organised, have good Excel skills and works well in a fast paced environment
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Competent with Microsoft Packages
- Good Excel skills
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing customer orders
- Organising deliveries and liaising with couriers
- Responsible for Sales Inbox - responding to enquiries about products
- Consultations with the customers
- Checking orders have been delivered successfully
- Completing product forms for a range of key accounts
- Uploading new product details for customers
- Write product descriptions
- Assist sales team with reports and quotations
- Transfer orders onto SAGE
- Arranging collections of faulty products and following through to repair and return the product to the customer.
- Creating & processing credit notes for faulty products
- Organising annual brochure
