**What are the duties of a Zerorez Office Administrator?**
- Co-ordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
- Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management.
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
- Create and update databases and records.
- Track and replace office supplies.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations when required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Business Manager.

**And for us, a great Customer Service Representative (CSR) can**
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees using various methods of technology.
- Sell appointments over the phone.
- Follow up on online inquiries and missed sale opportunities, as well as making annual customer courtesy calls.
- Educate customers on the full suite of Zerorez’s products and processes.
- Deal with customers’ concerns and feedback.

**What are the qualities I’ll need to become part of the Zerorez Family?**
- An upbeat, friendly personality.
- Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, as well as Google products such as Chrome and Gmail.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support role would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system, with previous call center experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Ideally, familiarity with the Watford area.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be flexible - schedule will vary based on business needs. Some Saturday work will be required. We close on Sundays.
