Office Administrator

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Computerise data and maintain electronic records
- Utilise Google Suite for communication and documentation
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls
- Provide general office support including filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Maintain organisational systems for efficient document retrieval
- Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Carry out administrative duties to support the office team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is advantageous
- Proficient in computerised systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Demonstrated administrative capabilities in a fast-paced environment
