**The Company**

A high quality distributor of luxurious interior design products based in Watford. They are the market leader within their industry and due to expansion, we are partnered with them to recruit for a Sales Support Executive

**The Role**

**The Person**

We are looking for a confident and self motivated person with a strong foundation in an account management, sales support or selling role. Whilst construction supplies or interior design sales experience would be advantageous, a big personality and an abilityto adapt and learn is preferred.

This is a fantastic opportunity to sell the best quality products within this market and the chance to work in an open, casual and fun environment in a role that can offer a competitive basic salary and performance related bonus.

Additionally, this role can offer the opportunity to progress in to the role of Team Leader for the right person within a short period of time

**Job Benefits**
- Salary - We can offer a basic salary of £**30,000**:

- Bonus - We offer a performance related bonus based on both team and individual performance - £**1,000 per month**:

- Progression - Realistic progression opportunity to the role of TL for the right person within a quick amount of time

**Person Specification**
- **Experience**:

- Ideally you will have at least 1+ years within an internal sales support or account management role
- **Industry** - We are a construction supplies distributor so experience in any similar sector would be advantageous but not essential
- **Skills** - You will be able to converse and sell to both B2B and B2C clients with an eye for a deal and a target driven nature
- **Personality**:

- Ideally you will be confident and comfortable picking up the phone with a willingness to learn as well as bein reliable and a good team player
- **Hours** - You must be able to work from Mon-Fri from 9-5
- **Location** - This is an office based role and you must be able to commute to Watford

**The Day to Day**
- Handling incoming sales leads and enquiries - no cold calling
- Producing quotes for new business
- Managing a pipeline of leads and quotes
- Chasing quotes to secure new business
- Cross-selling Installation, Servicing and other products
- Building relationships with existing customers
