Reports to : Commercial Director Mid-Market UKI Objectives : Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the partnership strategy to support growth across the TCI BI and DC business lines. Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to expand market reach and product distribution. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key Financial Institutions Fintechs MGAs and other intermediaries. Act as the senior point of contact for strategic partners ensuring alignment with business objectives Manage partnership contracts to ensure seamless onboarding delivery within SLAs and alignment with service schedules. Commercial Delivery : Drive revenue growth through effective partner engagement cross-selling and co-branded initiatives. Develop a partnership program that generates revenue across diverse partner categories. Monitor performance metrics and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs. Other : Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration accountability and innovation. Stay abreast of market trends competitor activity and regulatory developments. Collaborate with underwriting product and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for partners. Delivering sales targets to meet individual and team goals. Qualifications : Degree qualified ideally MBA or Masters in Finance or Commerce. Ability to interact with Senior Executives both internally and externally is crucial Experience with digital distribution channels or fintech partnerships is desirable. Proven experience (10 years ) in a senior partnerships distribution or business development role within thetrade credit or commercial insurancesector. Strong understanding of theUK mid-market landscapeand broker / intermediary networks. Commercially astute with a track record of delivering growth through strategic partnerships.
