**Head of Partnerships - £75k - £79k + Discretionary Bonus + Excellent Bens - Hybrid (London)**
**Overview**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global organisation who provide a range of data / digital driven products and services to some of the world biggest brands. The Head of Partnerships will develop, implement and manage a partnership programme that amplifiesservice adoption; deepens market insight; enhances reputation for collaboration across the key industry sectors including retail, healthcare and digital construction.
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate best practice activity in each sector - by building a small number of high-value, rich relationships that deepen our impact, relevance, and reach. Drawing on standards expertise and technical capabilities throughout
- Broaden and deepen standards adoption by building strong relationships with companies operating across priority sectors. Strengthen partnerships with software services, industry technology providers, consultancies and technology implementers and integrators
- Develop strong market insight to shape engagement priorities to support standards and services developments. Agree and implement the framework for training, accreditation and certification
- Deepen existing partner relationships and develop and enhance the partner programme, including its structure, value proposition and pricing
- Raise the profile of our brand and our standards in action through inclusion in key campaigns
- Ensure our partner proposition enables our corporate strategy, demonstrating value throughout
- Establish the brand as reference site for standards adoption, sharing best practice with global colleagues as required
- Meet the KPIs for partner numbers, maximising revenue opportunities
**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Track record of operating at senior levels of industry
- Experience of developing compelling value propositions
- Experience of leading consulting activity and teams
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally and in a matrix organisation
- A good understanding of systems and technologies used in the supply chain retail, and/or healthcare
- Commercial experience - to ensure current programmes continue to drive value
- Proactive approach to market development based on understanding industry issues and needs
- Able to engage and communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work collaboratively with the Executive team, and sector leads, to influence the strategic direction of our partnering programme
- Able to lead, influence and motivate colleagues from across the business
- Collaborative - Building partnerships through open communications
**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of standards, digital and data services
- Experience of developing and leading partner programmes
- Experience of engaging with industry associations
- Experience within technology/data/consulting services
**Package**:

- £75k - £79k + 15% bonus
- 25 days holiday entitlement + extra holiday entitlement
- Life insurance valued at 5x salary
