Head of Commercial Pipeline Strategy UK/I An exceptional leadership opportunity has arisen within a leading, innovation-driven pharmaceutical company committed to delivering value-based, patient-centric healthcare solutions. As Head of Commercial Pipeline Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the UK&I pre-launch and launch strategy for a high-potential asset. In this role, you will shape the future of the pipeline product in a fast-evolving market, with high visibility across local and global leadership. You will: Own the end-end planning and execution to ensure the asset reaches the patients who need it most, driving innovative models of care Define and deliver the UK & Ireland strategy for positioning, launching and scaling the therapy in a competitive market Develop integrated brand plans and stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring alignment across teams Directly line manage a team, providing coaching and mentorship Lead a cross-functional matrix team spanning medical, market access, and regulatory functions Define and present strategy to UK SLT, European and Global teams, influencing decisions at the highest level Shape market positioning and differentiation in a competitive therapeutic landscape You will have: Advanced degree in Life Sciences or Business (MSc or MBA or equivalent) Therapeutic experience in cardiovascular & metabolic disease areas Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, leading assets from drug development, through to pre-launch and launch in the UK/I market Proven NHS ecosystem engagement and pathway shaping Experience with Private Payer market (preferred) Several years leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams If you have the skills and experience for this opportunity and the ambition to take on this position, please contact Emma for further details or email your CV today.
