Responsibilities / Objectives
To administer and process all documentation relating to the payment of our suppliers

To ensure that data is available for the collation of reports

The accurate record keeping of all tasks

To support the Business Support Manager in the execution of their role

Reconciliation of all financial records

Instructing ASP’s on raising of invoices

Prepare financial records and support senior team members and Auditors with year-end audits

Processing of all invoices sent to the Flagship

Report collation and correct storage of all data

Provide support and information to other senior team members

Provide budgetary information to budget holders and the Business Support Manager

Assist in the collation of sales figures from retailers in conjunction with the Retail Manager and Business Support Manager

Cash reconciliations and any banking that is required

Under the direction of Business Support Manager, carry out inductions, issuing of IT hardware and first line IT contact for outsourced IT and IT corporate team

Responsibility for health and safety management and the development of a strong culture

Responsible for Environmental Management Systems, as directed by the General Manager and matrix responsibility to central Sustainability team

Adhere to all policies and procedures

Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Responsible for any actions arising from audits carried out in the Flagship relating to your area of responsibility

Ensure high levels of customer service

Input into local budgeting and business planning where directed to do so by your line manager

Timely processing of invoices

Assist in accurate control

- GCSE standard or equivalent
