Please note this is a regional vacancy and flexibility to travel across the region is essential. This role is for Region S09 which covers Hampshire and surrounding areas, the role also includes home working.

As a Regional Business Support you will manage all aspects of regional administration in a proactive manner using your network and judgement to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence on the region. You'll be expected to work in a proactive manner, with trust and confidentiality. You'll adapt to problems and new situations quickly, creating solutions which are simple, future proof and consider both internal and external thinking.

**What you need to do**
- Support and plan the effective and timely delivery of projects or trials, as prescribed by the regional manager to support business implementation.
- Identify key issues, risks and actions to support achieve regional objectives, reporting progress effectively and concisely to the regional manager to help with prioritising
- Develop and manage good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders within all areas of the group to support the delivery of business change.
- Review and analyse store and regional performance against KPI measures, identifying areas of opportunity for you or the regional manager and organising coaching where required.
- Take responsibility for organising, coordinating and facilitating elements of team meetings aimed at the development of the regional team, including the organisation and facilitation of internal and external meetings.
- Investigate & manage any issues or queries raised to (or by) the regional manager and support with preparing communications in a timely manner, liaising with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Pro-actively and accurately maintain key talent documentation and spend for the region, taking ownership of relevant communications and meeting preparation to support.
- Support with the completion of regional manager administrative activities, such as diary management, store manager payroll, scheduling, holiday booking processes and planning travel efficiently.

**What you need to know and show**
- Knowledge of Retail Operations
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively, to support the delivery of operational excellence within your region
- Be able to use digital technically to a confident level
- Good judgement skills and knowledge and understanding of change management and agile ways of working
- Have experience with and be able to demonstrate strong skills of managing and using data, insight and external detail to manage through to resolution
- The ability to demonstrate engagement and confidently communicate to different levels across the business
- To have well-developed problem-solving capabilities within retail
- Have an appreciation of meeting facilitation and coaching skills
