**The Role**
Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the Regional Sales Director will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and all sales activity within the South of England region.
The successful Regional Sales Director will have:
- Proven experience of leading a sales function across a region
- Experience of selling products into the Healthcare sector
- The ability to build relationships with and generate incremental business from the C-Suite of Regional NHS Trusts
- Strong P&L management skills including planning, risk management and accounting processes
- The ability to communicate and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- A background of working with and securing long lead time business opportunities
- An understanding of how to deliver revenue through sales effectiveness
- Experience of assessing the capability of the regional workforce, build talent and manage performance
- Budgetary management experience
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- A strong ability to analyse market data and interpret complex information
- The ability to maintain and improve business processes and structure
**Package**
This full-time opportunity will be paying £100,000 - £110,000 plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits.
