This brand is steeped with heritage but still pride themselves on innovation & design in the market today. The business is part of a wider group which offers the manufacturing and sale of finished jewellery, watches and accessories across the world.

This role of the Stock Administrator is to allow to the smooth running of their watch repairs.

The roles and responsibilities of this stock Administrator role
- Ensure that components required for internal repairs and external clients are available
- Help reduce stock discrepancy
- Ensure that regular stock counts are counted accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage goods receipts to ensure they are put away in the correct locations in preparation
- Support with inventory control and highlight any discrepancies to the Supervisor
- Support the technical workshop with the procurement of any new materials

To be successful in this Stock Administrator role
- A high level of attention to detail
- Have worked in a Stock or administration role in a previous capacity
- Good time management skills and able to effectively prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with external customers
- Strong Microsoft skillset
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalent)
