This Hedge End based company specialises in mechanical electrical and building work across the South Coast and is proud of its reputation for quality reliability and teamwork.
As a small fastpaced business they are looking for an administrator that can get stuck in take the reins on organisation and bring structure to the daytoday running of the office.
Starting with two mornings a week (Friday mornings and one other morning ideally Tuesday or Wednesday) this role has the potential to grow as the company continues to expand.
As a business driven to grow with projects secured to support that vision this role is central to their success and will evolve alongside the company s progress.
What You ll Be Doing
Your daytoday tasks will include:
- Keeping on top of insurance renewals and compliance documentation.
- Maintaining and updating the training matrix to track staff qualifications and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organising and coordinating staff holidays.
- Managing the CRM system ensuring data is accurate and uptodate.
- Responding to client emails and calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing and organising documents for meetings or projects.
- Filing scanning and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels.
- Supporting the team with adhoc admin needs to keep everything running smoothly.

- Has previous admin experience (experience in the building industry is a bonus).

- Enjoys taking ownership of tasks and finding ways to make things work better.
- Has strong attention to detail and never lets things slip through the cracks.
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision.
- Is comfortable with technology and can pick up new systems quickly.
- Communicates clearly and enjoys being part of a team.
