What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing customer mailboxes, responding to enquiries, and keeping records organised.
- Providing advice and guidance on system functionality and reporting.
- Maintaining eLearning course completion records and updating the leaning management system with accurate training details.
- Keeping documentation and user guides up to date, ensuring they reflect the latest system enhancements.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders with training-related queries.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
