**Job Title**: Administrator
**Base Location**: Fareham
**Salary**: Up to £24,000 plus a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and well-being.
**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time
**What will I be doing in this role?**
We’re looking for an **Administrator** **to join the **Highways Electrical **team.
High level overview of the role
This role will be working within the **Administration** team on the West Sussex Street Lighting Contract. The key accountabilities for this role are;
- Creating job work packs for street lighting and traffic sign works
- Inputting Timesheet information into the Timesheet database
- Input of data into various systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Internal and external customer service
- Receive any urgent reactive requests from client and notify Supervisors/engineers as required.
What do I need to be successful in the role?
- Able to learn with training new software and systems
- Demonstrate team working and support to the admin team
- Adapt and show initiative to improve processes and efficiency
- Computer skills and knowledge of software packages
- Experience of general administration
