I am currently working with a very well established and impressive Corby based brand who specialise in the manufacturing sector. They have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and are recruiting for a really exciting role.

This role is a happy medium between a HR Business Partner and a HR Advisor. You will support the HR BPs, partnering with key stake holders across the company and supporting in a generalist HR capacity.

Your duties will include
- Managing complex ER casework
- Supporting employees across the entire employee lifecycle
- Assist with projects on D&I
- Upskilling and coaching Line Managers on best practise

They are looking for a HR Professional to join their fast paced and commercial HR team on a permanent basis. You will report to a People Operations Manager and provide sound HR support to a very commercial branch of the business, of around 400 employees.

To accompany that you will manage and assist with a number of HR projects, including (but not limited to) team restructures, reward and role benchmarking and employee engagement.

You will have the support of the HR Admins shared service for all the 'admin bits' and be that 'go to' person in the HR team.
