I am currently working with a brilliant company who as looking for a HR Partner to join their team. I feel I need to tell you a bit about the company for this one to really set the scene.
They grow by acquisitions and have recently doubled in size to about 500 employees. This role is based (around 3 days a week the rest from home) in Wellingborough at their largest site. They have about 8 sites in total across the UK and Ireland but havea larger global reach too They have a brilliant brand, stable structure and this role reports to HR (yey). There are huge progression opportunities with this role, and the change to develop and take on more as you settle in the role.
Now this is a cracking role, mainly because it's one of those 'in-between' ones, somewhere between Senior HR Advisor and HRBP. They are looking for someone who is confident supporting key stake holders with day to day HR support, reviewing current processesand updating them where needed, and looking in to loads of juicy projects focused on integration, Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning (to drive performance) and system implementation
The role is paying up to £38,000p.a. - £40,000p.a. and includes 25 days holiday + bh and flexible/agile working.
