One of my favourite things being a recruiter is when I work with the same client a number of times over a number of years. Building relationships with the hiring managers and recruiters and really getting to understand the business and the changes it isgoing through. Well this business is one of those instances and a company who really invest in their employees and endeavour to promote from within.

I am currently working on a really exciting 12 month FTC for a Head of HR role supporting functions here in the UK but partnering on a global scale.

The role has one direct report and is responsible for a wider employee head count of over 2000.

The role is heading up the HR function for one of the largest business units. The company's (like many others) is going through a significant period of change due to growth and they need a confident, capable HR professional to come on the journey with them.

As well as generalist HR support and strategic thinking, this role will require someone who is confident integrating businesses following acquisitions, who is a non-traditionalist and who comes with new ideas and innovative ways of thinking.
