Responsible to the Head of HR you will provide seamless and professional HR support to a set of business leaders across a demanding customer base.
You will work within a fast paced, dynamic and commercial operation to provide sound HR support at all levels with the support of a HR Advisor and wider HR team. This role is the escalation point for complex ER case work, will be responsible for drivingtalent and succession and have a key focus on evolving culture through continuous improvement.
You will be required to build relationships, become a credible point of contact and challenge various processes to ensure optimum business performance and employee engagement and satisfaction.
This role is paying c£65,000p.a. (with some wiggle room) and cracking benefits
