I am currently working with a brilliant luxury brand based in Northamptonshire who are looking for a permanent HR Manager to join their 'family feel' team.

Working on site 3-4 days a week (maybe a little more initially) you will work closely with the HR Advisor to assist in their development and offer support during their day to day.

Not only that but you will be the main HR support for around 80 employees (the company is 400 globally), that can mean you are responsible for everything and anything
- Employee relations
- Coaching and upskilling of line management
- The full employee life cycle
- Updating of HR policies and processes
- Partnering with key stakeholders

Due to some exciting company change and projects on the horizon they are ideally looking for someone who has worked in an operational HR Management role more recently, and have experience within retail, hospitality or warehouse/logistics (they can be flexibleon this), ideally within a unionised environment. You must be confident in pushing back, influencing key stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day to day running of a HR function.

This role has embraced agile working and once established you should expect to be on site 3-4 days a week.

The salary is very competitive and comes with 10% bonus potential, lots of company benefits, 28 days holiday and stunning offices
