**The Responsibilities**
- To manage and deliver a compliant and professional HR service for the Academy Trust
- To participate in the planning and implementation of specific projects, guidelines, and procedures to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation
- To ensure the Trust is always compliant with all HR policies and employment legislation
- To lead and manage complex employee relations casework which can include: disiplinaries, grievances, absences and redundancies)
- To oversee the relevant training and development of employees
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of young and vulnerable people

These are just a short list of the responsibilities you could undertake as a HR Manager so there is much to get on with
- Will have generalist HR experience with knowledge of up to date employment law and safeguarding legislation
- Will have experience of operating HR databases
- Wil have excellent numeric, written, verbal, and IT skills
- Prior experience of being able to handle difficult situations and conversations successfully
- A Level 5 CIPD would be desirable

**The Package**
- Up to £45,000 p.a.
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
