Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor that will be working from home for an organisation, on a temporary basis to act as the first line of support in HR.

**Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Advisor**:

- Act as the first line of support in HR and provide advice and support for employee relation issues
- Ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of HR policies, procedures and agreements are in accordance with legislation, business objectives and employment law
- Participate and support managers and staff throughout all stages of the disciplinary and grievance process as appropriate
- Carry out note taking during investigations and hearings
- Collate report papers as required
- Ensure all HR processes operative effectively in compliance with organisation policy and legislative requirements
- Monitor sickness and absence levels and support managers with appropriate actions inline with the organisations policies

**Essential Requirements of the HR Advisor**:

- Experience in Employee Relations and TUPE
- CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management (desirable)
