Our client, based in Northamptonshire, are actively looking for a HR Administrator on a 6 month fixed-term to permanent basis. The salary is negotiable for this role.

Some of the day-to-day requirements of the role include:

- Provide a full, effective and accurate administration service to the department across all disciplines; including such items as shift patterns, holiday forms, letter templates
- Contribute to the growth and operational effectiveness of the HR department, by delivering a prompt professional service to all stakeholders; providing support and guidance to the work force within the scope of the role, and providing administrative supportto the department and HR Manager
- Process recruitment administration in an accurate and timely manner, organising recruitment and selection activities; liaising with agencies, arranging interview, preparing offer letters and contracts, obtaining references, setting up personal files andupdating the HR system, preparing starter packs
- Update sickness absence tracker, following up on outstanding return to work forms with Team Leaders and processing further actions. Arrange Occupational Health appointments, monitoring the trackers for mandatory assessments.
- Ensure that all documentation within scope is up to date and appropriate company information is communicated in a timely manner
