**Business Manager | Multi Academy Trust | East Midlands| £34,000 - £36,000**

Macildowie are very excited to be collaborating with a Multi Academy Trust based in the East Midlands, who are seeking to appoint a permanent Business Manager. It's a friendly team to join at a Trust which is growing. They are looking for someone who hasa finance background but is also open to managing a more diverse portfolio of responsibilities.

Reporting in to the Head teacher and working collaboratively with the CFO you will play an integral role in managing the onsite function of the schools. This role is offering 34,000 - £36,000 per annum and comes with fantastic benefits including 20% employerpension contribution.

**The role**
- Support the Academies budget and forecast planning processes to ensure that it is of a high quality, and continues to drive ongoing improvements.
- Advise the Head teacher on all business and financial position, process, legislation and concerns in a timely manner
- Management of accurate monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations and controls accounts.
- Management of the academies administrative functions.
- Support the HR services and processes for academy staff via current payroll provider.
- Management in conjunction with head teachers and site staff of premises and academy facilities, ensuring site security and health and safety and compliance is adhered to.

**Essential Requirements**
- Part Qualified
- Prior Team Management experience
- Good attention to detail.
