HR Administrator/ Permanent/ Onsite initially then flexible working/ Northampton/ £22,500 p.a.

This role is perfect for a strong administrator looking for their first HR role

Reporting to the HR & Payroll Supervisor, the main purpose of this role will be to provide administration support to the whole HR team, under the guidance of the HR Coordinator.

**The Responsibilities**
- Creating and issuing all contracts and paperwork associated with the employee terms and conditions, and HR compliance. Creating changes to terms and conditions letters, contracts, other letters and forms as well as maintaining the HR database to ensurethey remain up to date and accurate at all times.
- Ensuring all HR documents stay complaint meaning that required paperwork is tracked, returned, recorded, and stored appropriately
- Undertake new starter activities including sending pre
- induction welcome letters, ensuring relevant departments are informed of all new starters, and ensuring managers have been sent all/ any materials required.

This is just a snippet into what this role fully entails so it is a brilliant role to keep you busy and gain mass experience
- Educated with a GCSE A-C in English and Maths
- Confident telephone manner
- Responsive
- Good team player
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- CIPD Level 3 Certificate and experience within a HR role would be desirable but is not essential
