I am supporting a well established client new to the UK who are part of a larger organisation with presence in Germany, United States of America and Canada. They are looking for a National Sales Manager to help them with the expansion of their business activitiesin the UK and to work closing with their team in Germany on sales and marketing strategies. The business focuses on three fundamental values, Innovation, Quality and Service.Having been established for over 35 years my client can boast growth year on yearwith their provision of well designed, high quality products and outstanding service, focusing on primarily toilets, sinks, pedestals, vanities, mirrors, cabinets, shower systems, custom kitchen cabinetry and other accessory items.

This position offers long term development and growth within the business.

My client are looking for someone who can/is:

- Identify, qualify and convert opportunities for the business
- Recognise the market opportunity and can assist with developing long term strategic plans
- Guide and lead sales negotiations
- Analyse market statistics, customer trends and buying habits
- Know the competitor market
- Commercially focused leading sales negotiation

Essential:

- B2B sales experience
- Sales and marketing experience for new business and account management
- Experience of working in the sanitary trade with proven results
