To continue their industry leadership and expand their prestigious client base, they are seeking a Delegate Sales Manager in London.

- Lead and Manage the Delegate Sales Team – Supervise daily operations, set performance expectations, and ensure the team meets sales targets. Provide ongoing leadership and support.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies – Create and execute sales plans tailored to different events and conferences, adapting based on market trends and client feedback.
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities – Research and engage potential clients through networking, proactive outreach, and industry connections to build a pipeline of high-value prospects.
- Oversee Lead Generation and Qualification – Manage lead sourcing through multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring all leads are thoroughly qualified.
- Conduct Needs Assessments – Engage potential delegates to understand their business goals and challenges, tailoring event value propositions accordingly.
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Conversions – Track sales progress, implement follow-up strategies, and ensure timely lead conversions to maximize event attendance.
- Maintain Strong Client Relationships – Act as the primary contact for key delegates, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service to encourage long-term engagement.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Competitor Activities – Continuously monitor market dynamics to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Proven Experience in Delegate Sales or B2B Sales Leadership – A background in managing sales teams, meeting revenue targets, and developing successful sales strategies.
- Strong Leadership and People Management Skills – Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop sales professionals, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Excellent Sales and Negotiation Abilities – A track record of closing deals, handling objections, and effectively communicating value propositions.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen – Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven sales decisions.
- Exceptional Communication and Relationship-Building Skills – Confidence in engaging with senior executives and industry leaders while providing excellent customer service.
