A leading experiential entertainment space is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Experiential Sales Manager to drive revenue and secure high-impact brand activations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong agency and client relationships, a passion for creative event production, and a proven track record in experiential sales.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to secure experiential, pop-up, and event activations.
  2. Manage and grow a personal event sales pipeline, responding to briefs and proactively pitching bespoke event solutions.
  3. Take ownership of smaller event bookings from initial brief through to final handover to operations teams.
  4. Collaborate with creative teams to enhance event proposals with innovative and high-impact ideas.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with experiential agencies, clients, and suppliers to drive repeat business.
  6. Provide top-tier client and agency management, ensuring tailored and high-quality event solutions.
  7. Support leadership in maximizing event revenue and strategic business initiatives.
  8. Work closely with internal teams to integrate experiential elements into broader media campaigns.
  9. Maintain meticulous sales documentation, CRM input, and administrative processes.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in experiential/event sales, ideally in an account management capacity, with a strong ability to close deals and drive revenue.
  2. Established relationships within the experiential industry and a strong network of agency and client contacts.
  3. Experience creating and delivering compelling, visually engaging sales presentations.
  4. Ability to meet and exceed financial targets in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Deep understanding of experiential activations, media integration, and event production.
  6. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Confidence in leading client presentations, site tours, and pitches.
  8. Business acumen with solid financial understanding.
  9. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  10. Previous on-site event experience is a plus.
