Job DescriptionAs the Partnerships Director - Energy & Utilities, you will:Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing global partners to drive mutual growth.Develop joint business plans with strategic partners, including revenue targets, go-to-market strategies, and enablement plans.Act as the executive sponsor for key partner accounts, ensuring alignment and advocacy.Identify, evaluate, and on-board new strategic partners aligned with company goals and market expansion.Build scalable partner programs to attract and retain high-performing partners in target regions.Lead negotiations and contracting for new partnerships, ensuring commercial and strategic alignment.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute joint GTM campaigns with partners.Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue through the partner ecosystem.Analyse market trends in the utilities and energy sectors to inform partner strategy and positioning.Represent the company in industry forums, partner events, and strategic alliances.Define and track KPIs for partner success, including revenue contribution, pipeline growth, and partner satisfaction.Work closely with regional sales leaders to align partner strategy with local market needs.Influence product roadmap through partner feedback and market insights.
