Job Title: Supply Chain Finance Manager   Location: Avonmouth, Bristol    The role can be based at our Avonmouth, Bristol bakery or our Head Office in High Wycombe with travel to our Avonmouth Bakery each week.

As our next Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will have a clear enthusiasm for all things finance within the FMCG sector.
You will be an expert in building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
You will be tenacious in building positive relationships with key financial and non-financial stakeholders throughout the business.
You will have a real passion for driving the finance agenda, encouraging efficiency and best practice, whilst influencing key non-financial stakeholders to make sure you achieve your objectives.
As our next Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team at our Avonmouth bakery.
You will be responsible for business partnering a range of colleagues at the site including the Site Manager and wider senior leadership team.
You will provide challenge, influence & insight to your key stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities will be to directly support the Avonmouth bakery by driving the cost agenda within the Manufacturing & Logistics business areas.
You will ensure appropriate and effective financial controls and processes are in place across the site.
You will also be responsible for local and national projects within Supply Chain as and when they arise.
The Key Requirements ...     A minimum of 2 years management accounts experience within an FMCG environment (ideally manufacturing)   CIMA or ACCA qualified.
If not qualified, you will be very nearly qualified.
(We have a fantastic study support scheme available for any part qualified applicants if successful)   A proven track record of building strong relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders    We'll provide you with opportunities to learn new skills, grow and develop and we aim to provide our colleagues with a job for life
