Senior Supply Chain Planning Role at Drayton

Drayton is seeking a senior supply chain planning professional to join their team. As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG supply chain planning, with experience in driving systems and people change within a well-established environment. They will also have great commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to wider business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, manage and lead the activities of the Supply Chain team to achieve goals while balancing service, cost, and inventory objectives.
  • Plan and manage the various opportunities and restrictions around inventory, manufacturing capacity, material requirements, copacker requirements, and distribution capacity.
  • Develop, implement and deliver the strategic plans for the planning function across a multi-site operational footprint.
  • Develop new processes and procedures that will deliver improved performance and long-term objectives.
  • Act as the figurehead for supply chain planning and represent the team in key business forums.
