Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team in Bicester. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for monitoring supply chain compliance and performance, liaising with suppliers, and resolving booking and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adherence to Logistics and Security strategy
- Providing guidance and managing vehicle movement using bespoke systems
- Collaborating with subcontractors to develop efficient logistics solutions
- Ensuring business compliance with regulations
- Maintaining records

Requirements:
- Experience in Construction Logistics, Public Service Logistics, and/or Control Room Operations
- Experience in creating and implementing KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Full driving license required

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
