About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Supply Chain Coordinator in our European HQ in High Wycombe. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team and make a significant contribution to our organization.

Job Overview

Our company, Instron, is a global leader in materials testing applications. We design, manufacture, sell, and service a range of products that help our customers test and evaluate the properties of materials. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
  • Ensure that all shipments are commercially clear and compliant with export controls.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on shipment status and any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistical issues that may impact delivery schedules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
