Supply Chain Assistant

The Supply Chain Assistant will be working as part of a team of 6 people.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Providing excellent customer service in line with departmental standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Processing of sales and sample orders.
- Proactively promoting the companies products and services at all times, whilst maintaining excellent service levels.
- Handling all customer related enquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Responding to complaints relating to service or product, including the administration of exchanges, returns and faulty stock.
- Various administration tasks, including but not limited to invoicing, scanning and credit notes.
- Work to targets as set by Supply Chain Supervisor.
- To implement the Company’s Quality Policy as documented in the Quality and Procedures Manual.
- To provide flexible cover as required across all Supply Chain administrative activities as directed by line management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
