Job summary We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised person to join the ward clerk team at Heartlands Hospital.
The successful candidate would provide administrative support to a ward being the first point of contact to all users of the service.
Main duties of the job Greeting Patients, visitors and staffUpdating Oceano system with admissions/transfers/dischargesBooking appointmentsLiaising with staff/relativesAnswering phones/buzzersLifting/carrying patient notesFiling notesRequesting/booking outpatient notes via Case note tracking About us We are recognised as one of the leading NHS Foundation Trusts in the UK.
