Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the patient admin team.
This person will need excellent organisational skills in order to directly line manage a group of ward clerks at Heartlands Hospital.
Main duties of the job To train new members of the ward clerk team, ensuring that the current ward clerks work to a high stand, managing sickness and annual leave.
Ensuring wards have appropriate ward clerk cover.
